I woke up with a headache - probably your fault.

The buyers of this lovely shit hole were supposed to have had it inspected by now, but the home inspector of their choice was booked, so they requested a week's extension. I, naturally, agreed. They told the realtor that it isn't a "real" inspection anyway. They merely want a comprehensive list of the things that they need to do to flip it. I could give them my list for free: 1. Burn it down. 2. Build a new house.

More of the same today. Still cleaning out the house, working on the tiny house, napping multiple times. So much fun.
