Evening
 The Bill Nye clips were excellent and yes; I'm also a huge fan of mr. Oliver  Today wasn't a very good day for many reasons, but me and  at least got to walk a lovely 3miles walk. Been to my Physio and my drug addiction consultant (ha! now you can't make fun of it :-D ).Now I'm going to do some core stuff biz wise and then an early bed Enjoy your Tuesday Jolly |
