Boss wants the members to be able to interact. I'm thinking a chat room would be a bad idea, because I'm not moderating live conversations. But a forum of sorts, like this but not nearly as in-depth.
TOTAL waste of time! I managed a site with over 10,000 members, we had 20-30 regulars posting on the forum. All the forum did was give members a venue to bitch
