Typical for me:

Starting about midnight I read all my email, check my stats, read the board.

After that half hour I spend approx 4 hours updating my sites.

The next half hour building a new gallery.

Another half hour subbing to all my partner accounts.

Then I pretty much spend the rest of my waking hours doing offline biz and checking the board and email.

Chatting on ICQ with friends and people with questions mixed in.

I use to chat with surfers to my sites but that got too time consuming. Although I still like chatting with people from all over the world.
