Anymore kids can only trick or treat for an hour here. They start it
with the town whistle around 6 or seven then sound it again an hour latter to signal the end. They also have it the night before which I think is kind of stupid but the kids like it because they can hit a diffent town on the real day.  Its all good though considering that for a few years they had outlawed it all together.  |
