When manually submitting and creating you can make a few different folders like /bigtit/, /big-tits/, /bigtits/, /big_tits/ then have an index.html, a warning.html, an enter.html or whatever in each directory. That'll give you 3 or 4 pages per directory so at least 9-15 pages with 8-9 recips per page. Man, that's over 100 link lists to submit to. No need for more.
