Never be afraid to conmtactg your sponsor/sponsor rep if you are having issues.

I help affiliates a lot of times that have simply copy/pasted their code wrong. Sometimes if a sponsor is overexposed, it'll affect clicks and don't be afraid to ask a sponsor if they count clicks to the first page, second page, etc.

Often times though a sponsor rep can help you tweak your site and/or ads to achive optimal clickthroughs and sales.
