And I used to be an attorney before being disbarred.Ok, I was never an attorney" Well I was an outside clerk for a few years (which is someone who stands in for the solicitor in court during less important (i.e. less well paid) cases). And I am damn sure they have a case. Although if it were me I would just hire a couple of guys to kick him until he agreed to take the site down. Then kick him some more so he got the point.
