That sucks, our philosophy is to contact the client when they are going over their limits and work out a deal that is best for them (either bill them for overages or retroactively move them up to a bigger plan thus saving them the overage bills).
Cleo, even if he is on a shared host, you would think the hosting company would not oversell their servers such that they can't handle a little overage on one account! Good luck with the hunt for your new host, if you want I would be happy to help you out just get in touch! cheers, Luke
