Well,, this morning pic is up (and I added socks to be nice) and I am seeing 192 (and it flickered back and forth to 191). http://www.rawalex.com/weight/feb24.jpg
Day one wasn't bad, still ate good and all. Today is girlfriend day, so I am not sure I will lose any (because chinese people do tend to eat!). Alex |
