I assume you where talking to me?

If you noticed I said if it happened like he said and if he tried talking to the guy about it.

In other words if he hasn't already talked to the guy about getting his refund back than he should do so before taking any actions IMO. Personally I don't know exactly what happened that's why I said if it happened like he said and if he tried talking to the guy....etc

So I wouldn't do this unless I atleast tried to work things out before hand. I'm also not saying I would take these same actions but just saying if the guy ripped him off like he said and he tried talking to him and the guys still not willing to give him a refund than I was just saying that I don't blame him.

I might not would do it this way but I can't feel sorry for someone losing there paypal account if they where trying to rip someone off.

So like I said I wouldn't do this and/or he shouldn't do this unless he already tried to get the refund but the guy wouldn't give it to him.

So in other words I don't know what actually happen, that's why I said it was between those 2 but just saying if his story is true than I don't blame him.

Also sorry for such a long reply but to add to that my point was that I would give the guy a chance to refund my money before taking action with paypal as well as any other actions you might would take...etc

I'm not really one to get into these type of things when they don't involve me. So I don't want to make a big deal about it or anything like that. I just thought it was kind of hard to look at what he was doing as un-professional when the other guy was trying to rip him off.

Honestly, anyone in this industry that's using Paypal to conduct adult site business is just asking for trouble. This thread is a great example of why it's a bad idea. One disgruntled customer goes to Paypal and bang! Account closed. Why take the risk? There are other payment options.

Sorry you got ripped off Leon. Hope you learned something from this.

Obviously, Paypal stills gets used a fair bit for adult related business, but it's best done behind the scenes and only with people you know and trust. It's just far too risky to use out in the open, especially with strangers. Just ask TheButcher.

I agree with you about that and that's why I said if what he said is true.

I have no clue but I never said he should do anything just because of his story, I said if what he said was true and he tried talking to the person...etc than I don't blame him.

I'm like you and not taking sides as far as the story goes and my comments was based on if what he was saying is true or not.

To add to that I don't know the person that started this thread or the person that runs the site that there talking about.

Anyway I hope things work out and maybe they can resolve this problem, I have no clue who's at fault.

If the guys story is accurate than the guy that was selling him the traffic could have saved himself alot of trouble, by refunding his money back to him if he wasn't able to deliver the traffic like he promised. Like I said though if the guys story is true and I'm not taking sides but just saying if it was than that would have been the easiest and smartest thing to do.

I'm of the opinion that you should complete exhaust friendly discussion on icq, email, etc before posting to a forum and or doing something like the paypal thing.

I've seen that guy post on other forums, perhaps posting there might have been a better idea. Often there are two sides to every story or at least a reason for what happened, etc. Anyway, this way is more entertaining though for forum readers
