Here is the only restriction on the layout of and index page for a free site - enter link must come AFTER the recips and the warning. Otherwise, juggle shit around at whim. You can even put the warning to the left or right of the enter link if you wish. Just make sure the recips aren't under the enter.

Excellent advice. Shaking up the order and placement of your warning page elements is a good way to keep your sites looking fresh. As long as the recips are above the enter link you're good.
