Is Indian considered Asian?

I don't have an Indian category, so I guess I should add one?
I thought Asian was just Oriental, but I guess that's why the word 'Oriental' exists - lol!

OK... I'll explain for those not in the UK or India

In the States Asian refers to Chinese, Thai etc.

In the UK and and to those in India Asian refers to them. In the UK most Indians call themselves Asian and this is where the mix up happens... We call Thai's etc, Oriental

So it is best to have an Indian niche/category for your TGP. I'd like to thank a couple of the major tgp/links guys who actually created this for me and my sites in the recent past I'm also the one who got Adult Check and Age Check as they were back in 2000/01 to create an Indian category as I was fed up with my sites going under Asian back then

You are so right on that.

I have a few Indian friends and they don't really like being called Indian. Native Americans is preferred and does make more sense.

Then again my tranny friends don't really like being called trannies and one of them is a Native American so to be PC they would be a Native American T-Girl.
