Sounds like they have a bunch of options all lumped together and that's the one they selected without indicating which one is the precise reason for rejection. You know whether or not you're using a hardcore banner. You know if you'r eusing a counter. If it's not one of those two reasons, then you are linking to another list or promoting a sponsor that they have banned.
That's my guess.
And now my aside. People who don't allow hardcore on the index page need to lay off the crack pipe. Child-friendly warning pages would only make sense if Google only indexed index pages. Don't submit to them.
