Put it as a background image in the cell of a table. Make the cell the same size or smaller then the image so that it doesn't tile. You can then add text to the cell. Be sure that you don't add so much text that it causes the cell to expand.
You can also use CSS to turn off tiling of background images but it may still tile in some browsers. |
