Actually that is very cheap for hard linked, clicked traffic.
I guess I just assumed it was blind linked because of the price.

Productive traffic is key.
Between 1-5% of blind link traffic will actually stay on your site to look around, despite the fact they were forced there. They were looking for something specific, clicked on a link, got your site instead and in about 95-99% of the time will close the window.
That does you no good.

With hard link traffic, they see the link click on it, get what they clicked for and will continue to click around your sites links.

Wether they stay and book mark or buy anything is up to your site. Design, ease of use, % of content, etc..

For that price, I may just buy some myself and see what happens...
