After some minor connection problems this morning, I'm finally here. Apparently the modem doesn't maintain it's connection when a dog pulls the cable off. Who knew? You can imagine that a guy as organized as myself had no problem troubleshooting the issue and quickly discovering the problem. A little lesson - stomping your fists on your disk and screaming "fuck fuck fuck fuck motherfucker cocksucker bitch fuck" will not speed the process of getting back online.
