Server change = automatically blacklisted?

not all places email or notify the webmaster that they've been listed and most webmasters don't have the time to go through each lister site to see if they were successful

Then they deserve to be blacklisted IMO... A professional webmaster knows exactly who lists their sites.. and when and how much traffic they recieve. If you blindy submit and never check how do you know you are being listed at all.???

I know I have idiots that submit that sort of crap to me.. and have done every day for >12 mths.. and never been listed... thats just an insane waste of time and resources.
