As per usual the authorities take the paternal approach to the little women... gotta look after the chicks because the poor dears can't control themselves...
In Aust no-one gives a flying fuck about gambling on horses, sports, or casino tables games - yet poker (slot) machines - the prefered method of housewives are regulated to the hilt...
