feeling a bit better

Good morning roomies!
Looks as though today is gonna be another scorcher in good ol' t-dot so I'm gonna go for my bike ride very shortly. This new diet is coming along nicely and the ulcer pains are down to maybe 1-2 pangs per day - a far cry from the constant torturous suffering I was experiencing for about 2 years prior to last week. What I'm really happy about is the burping is all but gone.  For those of you that have had ulcers you know what I'm talking about.Anyhow, have a good one and play safe.
