Morning all from stormy south Florida.
  On generator power and backup ADSL but I see my neighbor across the street has power. It went off in the middle of the night and the electric crews were out working and got it back on but then I woke up with it off again. Looks like the storm has gone further south and not gotten that strong. I haven't even put up my shutters as we are just going to get nasty rain and some wind but nothing nearing hurricane winds. Espresso thanks to emergency generator power is up. |

Shutters are up on the three sides of the house facing the oncoming winds. We'll sit out back on the upstairs screen porch once the power goes out and kills the cable and DSL systems. Hoping to make the radio show, but it might be on dialup or cell connection.

Good Tuesday morning! It's overcast here today, but every once in awhile, the sun peeks it's head through.
Got scared to death this morning, I went to get something out of the trunk of my car, and a huge spider popped out when I closed the trunk. . . I let it chill there though, it's not his fault he accidentally hitched a ride with me this morning. |
