Root Domain Free Sites... who allows them?

I do remember why I skipped over this...it was because I didn't see a problem with free sites on the domain's root.

After actually reading the post, it's not really about that, is it

20 recips with 10 extra text links seems a bit too much. I do still allow pics on html pages, but the navigation links with all the extra stuff with them pretty much break my rules, as do all the sponsor links on the main page. There's also not enough pics per page.

It is an interesting concept, but it breaks too many of my rules
