everyone exspresses opinions as facts from time to time. sometimes what we know is true is very difficult to quantify, therefore it could be called opinion.
however, in the case that you mention, that person could not possibly know specific information about your membership base. Saying you are wrong about something so intimate to you would/should reflect poorly on the person making the statement. Jim
