That's a tough question to answer. I think you'll probably get a wide variety of different responces and you may find people don't give out completely accurate information that's taken them years to gather.

That being said, spending a little time in the Link List and SE forum, watching sigs and sorting the good/bad posts you'll be able to get get your own opinions.

Is there a "live/cam" category there that I'm missing?
Maybe off-topic but why do so few adult directories have a category for live chat/webcams?
Is it taboo?
Is it they all cut & paste their categories from existing, established directories?
Since cams are relatively new they are all too lazy to add a new cat.?

One other thing that gets missed here but that may just be some confusion as to what remote is looking for - he did say directories - not Linklists, and Id be willing to bet that they are probably pornstar related search engine type sites that he's trying to get listed.
Remote - I would recommend DMOZ as a start as that is what Google uses for its directory so it givess you a little built in boost. The rest of the directories that I can think of either dont exist anymore or skim their listings from the search engines so again the DMOZ helps the most.

Also - Bomis allows you to submit sites (usually works better if you put up a recip) to their rings or you can start your own ring - ex. http://www.bomis.com/rings/hardcorejenna/ where you can list by a girls name. You do have to sign up for a free membership beifre you can submit.
