link list owners, how are these sites?

I'm still making a free site everyday, but still without being as listed nearly as much as I would like. I'm trying to follow everyone's rules, and I would appreciate you link list owners tell me what you need for me to do so that I may be listed.

I'm trying to make a decent living off free sites and gaining webmasters trust is my main priority at this time, but in order to do so I guess I need to know why I'm not being accepted at certain link lists.

Here are a few examples of the last free sites I made.

Site 3

If you don't see your recip listed, there is still a good chance I'm submitting to your site, so your comments are welcome as well.
