Hey GG, hope you had a good holiday, i am sorry we did not get back to you pronto quick. We are now on your problem and Joe will will take care of it right away.
As for Steph (Harley Girl) she had to travel back to Canada for major surgery on her neck to remove a thank god non cancer tumor. I was up there this past week, so things were just a little upside down.
Normaly we are right on top of our support, but this time of the year and the hospital stuff....whew....crazy.
