Just because the ass hat will steal from someone else does that mean he will also steal from you?

I know, it's silly to even ask such a question but this post is asking a silly question.

I want to know who the ass hats are that asked "but is that cheating"? You don't often find people that stupid that can actually read and communicate on the Internet.

I don't this is the point. If someone stole from you, I would ban them from my TGP even if I knew for certain that they would not cheat me in anyway. If the situation were reversed (i.e if they posted to you using material stolen from me) I would hope that you would do the same.
