I agree with UW on every point, some of those issues are an instant "go elsewhere and don't go back" problem.
I would also like to add (based on my use of content sites): - Let me know clearly if I have bought something already. - If something isn't 2257 compliant make it clear that it isn't. - Make payment options/Help/FAQ easy to find. |
