Well, it's just about that time. Off to the chili cookoff. There are supposed to be 25 Restaurants represented and no "Amateurs". I am just going to see how my chili compares with what they are calling "Professional Chili Cookers". I suspect, in 4 months, I will be entering for the ProAm cookoff
