The site does'nt look bad, a little on the blah side. Big thing you have very little ads, you can use 3 per page for free sites, for sure you need some at the top of the pages, best real estate to sell. For sure get some on the index page, though softcore there might be better, or text. Dont count on banners by themselves to pull many clicks, good chance they wont. Less clicks to sponsor, less sales. I dont see anything wrong with the site.

Blah for sure, not much there to entice the surfer to click on an ad. Your pics are also pretty huge, most over 100k, and this will get you rejected many places.

cheers Ronnie and Lemmy for the quick replies. I've made my thumbs 50% smaller. I'm also gonna work on my ad text. I know its pretty crap at the moment.
But its saturday night where I am so I'm going out for a beer or two

Not bad for a first attempt. I would resize the full size pics to 600-650 on the long side.

Yep, a nice clean effort for a first pass
 Add some ads and some text to the pages...drop down the full size image sizes...and you're good to go. When you're adding ads, try to make sure there's always an ad visible to the surfer as he scrolls through the galleries  |

Definitely needs more sales text and another add on each page. Maybe a different shaped banner then the standard horizontal, just to mix things up.
