Looks good...only thing I would say is the Adult Rental banner with the "text link" under it on your Warning page could make people think that is the enter link to your site...I noticed the Enter link is further down and flush with the bottom of the browser window and might be missed by some. The only other observation is that your 2257 compliant notice should always be linked to the actual info if you intend to offer that on your site.
But I have to say as well, compared to the one I saw in the other thread (I read through but didn't reply), this one is a lot better
Oh, the one big problem I just noticed....our banner isn't there ...lol
