Fucking Unbelievable… The city that I live in has raised property taxes so much that people in my neighborhood are being forced to sell their homes and move away because they can't afford to pay their taxes and now the city wants to raise them even more.
Maybe they shouldn't have chased out all the strip clubs and other businesses that they felt weren't family oriented. I live in the sin city by the sea that is fast becoming the city of empty buildings where there was once busy businesses of adult entertainment.
Fort Lauderdale is broke.
I say it is time to tax the hell out of all the bible thumpers, especially since I had to borrow money this year to pay my property taxes.
