There is food (or at least something that resembles food) on the show floor. However, it is quite expensive for what it is. However, considering that the walk from the show floor to the hotel is about 2/3 of a mile (I am not kidding... it might actually be FURTHER!), it doesn't encourage you to leave.
The show runs (I think) 11am to 5 each day, except last day it finishes early. The first day people show up pretty early, but after a couple of days, people are very slack...a couple of times I hit the floor 10 or 15 minutes before closing on the last day... Because of the 24 hour per day nature of Vegas, everyone runs on a pretty screwed up schedual by the second day.
Call your airline and ask about what can be in what bags, to avoid disappointment.

No idea what the hours will be, but it should be a pretty slack and happy affair :-)
