Well the hour changed screwed us today. We went looking at houses yesterday. Boy I'll tell you it was alot easier doing it single lol. She don't like this, she don't like that. Me I like 2 of what we saw. plus the wife is crazy. We found this house that this little old lady was in and she is moving to a retirement home and made the mistake of telling us she really really wanted to get ride of the house so she could hit the home and the house is not set in stone on the price. 2k sqft, 3 brm ranch on 100X150 lot with basement and 2 bthrm. Not to mention all the appliances are less then 2 years old, even the hot water heater and ac unit. God I see all the good things, the wife dont like that the back yard is not level lol. We were to go out today but the realtor screwed up his schedule cause of the time. Oh well there's always next week to spend 300k lol
