Check your "links.cfg" file and check there is nothing which conflicts with your new host.
Also, do a trace route to your domain. Opening DOS/Command prompt. C:\tracert www.domain.com this will show the route your ISP is taking to your domain. If none of this shows anything out of place, then post your domain here so we can take a look at it.
