Are you getting SE traffic that's looking for those sites? Or are them coming in off generic keywords?
If it's #2, I'd just swap out the ads & try to keep the text on the pages as close to the current version as possible. If it's #1, you could always alter the pages to read how horrible those sites are & that the surfer should try out a different paysite  |
