Gotta disagree. If he was starting up 6 years ago, sure - do both. But times, they have a' changed. I'd focus on learning and attempting one first. If it doesn't pan out, then switch to the other.

I agree. I build around three TGP galleries a day. I see what converts on TGP traffic, and turn that into a freesite. If it converts on TGP traffic once, it generally converts more than once on freesite traffic. Do both, and do much more than that.
