If you look at your account information when you log in it gives the extension number of your rep along with the name.

They all are availible by email.
Erin was my rep when I first started and either of the Aprils are very helpful.

They are availible by email or 1-800 to help.
And I will pile in and say so am I if no one else is able to assist you.
Which is unlikely.
