It all depends really. I agree with WarBot alot though, if they list you, keep submitting to them. When I started I submitted to 20, and then added 5 every time I submitted, checked who listed me, and updated my list.

The best suggestion I can give, is to make as big a list of active linklists as you can, and sort them by traffic, and just go down the list till you run out of time. That way, if you only have time to submit to 20, you will atleast get the 20 with the most traffic. Thats how I would always do it, on days I had plenty of time I would end up submitting to about 150 or so.
