Good Radio Show Tuesday Everyone

I went back on the Fat Smash Diet yesterday & my fucking head hurts from the lack of caffeine

I spent most of yesterday getting caught up on my TV watching, which means today I have to get caught up on actual work

Gooood mornin all

Ended up working on getting the other array live most of the day yesterday (and it's still not done

). So, today is catching up on yesterdays site reviews...submitting a free site...then getting back to the other array. Ahhh, puters are such fun!

I've been off caffine about a month now, it does get easier. Although I do drink some decaf, which I know has trace amounts. Can you do that?

I've been doing this diet http://www.ultrametabolism.com/ for about a month. Have lost 6 pounds so far, which for me at my age and level of activity, I'm real happy about.
