Okay you yankee boys know best but I think "We, as a whole believe..." should be "We, as a whole, believe..."
I am not a lawyer but I watch "Law and Order". I might replace 'insidious' with another adjective. Up to that point it appears you were making wise choice of words. Good work Jim.
