I'm not going to comment on what others do because I just don't know as I don't build freesites, but as for me it's all about the quality, screencaps or otherwise.

 I'll take screencaps if they're really good. My rules are more against crappy pics in general than vidcaps. I think most people just got fed up with those really blurry elbow pics  |
