Where did you party when you were a kid?

I dont think we had any special names for the party spots

Fort Reno Park - it was across the street from the high school and had lots of great wooded areas as well as a bandstage for weekend free concerts
American Univ bandstand- free concerts every weekend from people like Grateful Dead, Procul Harem, Chuck Berry, Bo Diddly, James Taylor etc etc
Georgetown - basically you could party anywhere on the street as long as you shared with the cops - M St and Wisconsin Ave were the best - the head shops and poster stores were everywhere
George Washington Univ - another great party for free bands - Hendrix, Amboy Dukes (Ted Nugent) etc
Washington Monument - bandstand where Beach Boys played every 4th of July way back - it was also deemed national smoke-in day so plenty of "free-partying" for that weekend every year
