is this the new 'who's awake on Black Friday' thread?

Around here, all the big-box retailers are getting really aggressive on their bargains today which means the stores and roads should be packed with people waiting in lines. I can see walmart's financials:

"We lose money on every sale. How do we stay in business? Volume, Volume, Volume!"

Hope everyone is having a safe holiday (for those that celebrate it)

Hope everyone had (is having) a great Turkey Day and a productive Black Friday.

We went to WalMart today, talking to the various clerks who all have to be to work by 4am tomorrow, because they have sales from 5am to 11am. Since they are basically the only game in town, no way I'm going there, lol.

I'm hoping black friday is a good day for online sales too. Started a sale on my ebay store, and put up like 110 listings for products. Hope they all come buy.

Greenie, sounds like a great deal! And if she is 2nd in line, sounds like she is going to be getting one. It isn't Friday here yet, but I'm still up working online here.
