I learned a sales term for the gay market “DINK’s” (Double Income No Kids)

I live in the east side of Fort Lauderdale right next to the beach. Being as everyone who comes to Florida wants to live by the beach the area that I live in has become very exclusive. It has also become mostly gay and lesbian. The house next store to me is owned by two older gay guys who have turned it into a beautiful two story mansion. Almost all the houses that have been bought by same sex couples have been beautifully remodeled. This has caused property values to go insane and guess what basically the only couples that can still afford to buy in this area are same sex couples.

Guess I'm luck that I bought a long time ago when things were more affordable or this Single Income Bisexual Bitch would have never been able to buy a home on the east side of town.
