ok, I just wanted to let you know what's going on with this issue.. I got an answer from Stacy@ClickCash.com, and after couple of emails in which we discused what I can do with my adds in order to improve the quality of my traffic, they restarted my account.. now they are watching all my numbers carefully, and will keep me informed about them... this didn't happened just today (that would be too long), but couple of days ago, but I just didn't have the time write about it...
so, I guess there is a "real human" you can talk to, and that's just great... once again, thanx everyone for your help... |

Boobster,
I got an email like that from Stacey a while back. They looked at my sites and nothing more came out of it. I'll check with them to see if the quality of the signups have improved. Some people in the thread mentionned something about the amount of traffic. ClickCash sends this notice when the signups you send don't perform well economically once they are inside iFriends. It has nothing to do with the number of signups but rather the quality of the signups. They do that because they pay on a per-free-signup basis. You would not have that issue with a revshare program. Just my two cents on this, surely once they have your traffic inside their site, it's up to them to make it perform well? Why is it certain sponsors always try to pass the buck to the affiliate rather than looking a bit closer to home to find, and fix, the problem.

I am NOT saying that boobster did this but I am giving you examples of how the affiliate can, to some degree, control how well their signup does once they are in the site. It all comes down to what did you do to get them to signup. I know many people who link to the signup page with out explaining anything and the person signing up thinks they are signing up to the site they are on and doesn't even know what ifriends is. If i own sex.com and i show a image of a girl and link to signup page with no info on it, people might think they are signing up to sex.com not ifriends. They have had people say signup and i will send you $10 paypal. etc... There are lots of ways to lure people in without representing the site well and then those people who signed up wasn't expecting what they see and leave. Clickcash is also differnet then most sites because most people make their own promos and advertisements when they use clickcash. Unlike other affiliate programs where you use the stuff they provide. So if that doesn't work, they have no one to blame but themselves. With clickcash they give us freedom to advertise them, so naturally problems like this will occur. |

I wouldn't exactly say that - 99.44% of the people around here are hard working legit webmasters & don't use scumbag tactics, let alone factor them into conversations like this
