Morning..
I had a techno melt down yesterday..
In order to post pone more $$ going into GawdGate's pocket, I went with Cleo suggestion of using OpenOffice until I can decide what to do. It's working beautifully and I'd planned on backing up my dbase onto my jump drive, then trying their dBase program with my current one.

Couldn't find my Jump drive. Ok No biggie.. i have a second one that will be back in my possession by tuesday.

Decided to do some pre-payroll work since now that we are using a service all time cards/sheets must be in by tuesdays at 7am.

Except the Calc program doesn't do text-to-columns. Ok No biggie.. I have excel on my laptop .. can use my little jump drive .. 256mgs .. and transfer them to excel.. text2column and then back.

Went to boot up my laptop...which worked beautifully while we were in San Diego last week. Nothing. tried again.. Nothing.. tried again.. got a "Fan Error" WTF.

So i had to email the sheets to Tart who texted-2-columns for me.. and then back again..

I really would like a day to come when our PC, laptop, Xbox360, XM, and all the other electronics I have would work how they are supposed to on 1 fucking day..
