That was going to be my guess. You need to just make a change to your header and change the character set and it should correct the characters being used in the feed and get them to display properly.

I changed the character set to UTF-8, that fixed my ampersand problem but not apostrophe's http://www.rssnobrainer.com/Bizzare.html
The guy that coded this for me reappeared from the dead, I'll have him tackle the apostrophe's, it's got me baffled
