Me too, and for the same reason. I trust Google as long as Google trusts me.

There are link list scripts which have filters that'll either outright block your submission or give the reviewer a warning if certain script codes are found. It's a lot easier to deny all of that stuff rather than making a reviewer view source and figure out what it's being used for.

And before any server or code geeks comes in here with a pedantic rant: we all know that we're talking about java script and not Java. We're just lazy and like the sound of java. Every time someone says 'java' when they mean 'java script', one of you fuckers has to come and correct us all and whine about Java being a server-side programming code, blah, blah, blah. We get it.
