Good Tuesday Morning

I woke up around 2PM (I went to bed around 7AM) so I guess this is my morning...So far this "morning" I wake up to an extremely cold house. We ran out of heating oil last night. The oil truck comes, he fills our tank and tries to leave but the black ice in the driveway makes it impossible. I call my father and he shows up with his tractor and breaks a chain trying to haul the oil truck up the driveway. The driver came in to use the phone to call someone to help get him out but I can't find the phone (we have cells, but mine is dead and his doesn't work out here, we're rural, the land line is never used and I can't find the land line phone we had kicking around.) So he probably doesn't know what to think, us not having a working phone. So he walks to my parents house to use their phone. And he's an old guy, I feel pretty bad for him at this point having to deal with all this bullshit. All the while its still cold as hell in the house because the furnace wont turn on so my father is priming it in the cellar. 2 or three hours later he gets hauled out.

Now its time to get a shower and get some work done.
